The Samaritan Revival group is a
Christian Music Ministry that works in two parts. First, they hold
revivals, crusades, evangelistic campaigns and youth retreats in
Central America. They have seen many people receive the Lord as
their Savior.
This fund is called the Scholarship
Fund. It is used to give children the opportunity to go to school
who do not have sponsors. As we travel throughout the villages, we
see children who do not have the opportunity to go to school. We
use the Scholarship money to put them in school.
The elderly center was started by
Joan Tyson for the purpose of helping so many elderly that are in
great need. Most of these elderly have been sitting at home just
waiting to die. This center gives these elderly a place to
fellowship with other elderly and joy has been brought back into
their lives.
The General Fund is one of the most
needed funds in our ministry. This is the fund we use to pay for
all administrative ministries including employees, offices
supplies, mailings, etc. We also use this fund to help some of the
ministries when they are low on support.
The Pastors fund is used to help
our National Pastors in Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and
Mexico. With over 240 Churches established, their are many pastors
that do not receive support and this fund helps us to give them
funds for their family. Their Church helps them but with the
poverty rate as high as it is in these countries, it is necessary
for us to help these National Pastors each month so they can work
full time winning people to the Lord.
Feed the Hungry was started in 1983
with the purpose of feeding the hungry children in our churches.
Today we are feeding over 3,000 children everyday. As we receive
more donation, we can feed more children.
Our Bible School has grown from one
room, to a old run down hotel in Nicaragua, to now a beautiful
building in Comali, Honduras which will seat over 1,000 people. We
have full facilities including dormitories, class rooms, and a
large cafeteria for the students. All students are on scholarship
from our Bible School fund and we ask you to pray about supporting
this ministry.
The Samaritan Radio Network is a
wonderful ministry which was started in 1991 with a small radio
station in San Marcos de Colon, Honduras. It is now one of the
largest Christian Radio Networks with 11 Radio Stations reaching
over five million people every day in various countries. This is a
ministry that really needs support. You can imagine the expenses
that it takes to run a network this large but souls are being saved
and you cannot put a price a persons soul.
As Pastors Graduate from our Bible
School, Churches are being started and congregations are needing a
Church Building. The Church Construction fund is just for that. We
use these funds to build new Churches for congregations that have
been saved through our ministry. So far, we have built hundreds of
Churches and many more need to be built. A Church can be totally
built for around $20,000.00 so please pray about donating any
amount to this fund.Pictures, Videos, Blogs, Sermons and Information about the ministry of the Good Samaritan Baptist Mission and Samaritan Revival. JOIN US
