In just a few days young people will be coming from villages all over the southern part of Honduras seeking an opportunity to study. For us to board and take care of them 24 hours a day we have to have a minimum of two sponsors paying $30.00 per month each, or one sponsor paying $60.00. This includes dormitories, three meals a day, their uniforms, shoes, and schooling. Some students have been studying in the villages with one sponsor for a long time but now it is time to go to high school…See More

National Emergency in Honduras
October 18, 2011 Dear friends of Good Samaritan, We have an emergency going on in Honduras right now as a result of the hurricane that hit Mexico a few days ago. The hurricane has caused heavy rains and flooding all over Honduras and neighboring countries and the rains keep coming.
