Pastor Favio Videa Baptizing in Nicaragua

Psalms 36:5 Thy Mercy, O Lord is in the heavens; and thy faithfulness reacheth unto the clouds

Pastor Favio Videa has been a Pastor with the Good Samaritan Baptist Mission for over 30 years. He was trained by Bob Tyson and he is still faithful today in the ministry. He is now the director of the work in Nicaragua.

When he announced that he had received Jesus Christ as his savior, he was just a young man and his two other brothers also received Christ. His family threw him out of the house for (changing religions) but my father (Bob Tyson) took him in and he started studying in our Bible School. In the 30 years that he has been faithful in the ministry, there is no telling how many people have been saved and today he is still preaching and baptizing throughout Nicaragua.

On Friday, April, 2, 2010, Aaron, Stephany and Eliu from Samaritan Revival was blessed by having the opportunity to sing in a concert with The Inspirations and The Diplomats. Our group was also blessed by booking five new churches after the concert. The Lord opens up doors that we never expect. Brother Archie is such a sweet wonderful man and this was an honor for us.

Philip Tyson had the opportunity to meet Les Beasley from the National Quartet Convention. Samaritan Revival had the opportunity to sing while Brother Beasley was in the audience. Afterward, he spoke to us about how blessed he was from the music of Samaritan Revival. He spoke to us about performing at the National Quartet Convention which will be held in Louisville, KY in September of this year. Brother Beasley is also the original founder of the legendary Florida Boys. We believe that his relationship will open up many doors for our ministry.
