New Changes to Our Board

Yesterday was our Annual Board Meeting and Stephany Tyson was voted President of the Good Samaritan Baptist Mission. We know that Bob and Joan Tyson are celebrating in Heaven as their dream and desire have come to reality. This was Joan Tyson's desire as she trained Stephany since she was a little girl. Everyone that has ever met Stephany knows the love she has for the ministry and for the people of Honduras and Nicaragua.
Steve Tyson will be working directly with the National Pastors and the Radio Stations. The Pastors love Steve and they respect him in a great way. Stephany will deal with all Administrative functions, Steve with deal directly with the National Pastors.
Philip will have the difficult task of raising funds to keep all the ministries running. He will continue using the internet to find new ways to promote Mission Trips, Benefits and other Fund Raising Activities. He will also be visiting Churches and Mission Conferences promoting the different ministries.
We want to thank Brother Randy for helping us during this time of transition.
Next year, we will be celebrating 50 years since Bob and Joan Tyson left Villa Rica, Ga for the Mission Field and how wonderful it is to see their sons and grandchildren leading the work.
Next year is going to be a great year. Many mission trips planned and lots of projects. Please keep the Good Samaritan Baptist Mission in your prayers.
